Hailey is the Executive Director and Owner of Front Range Dance Academy, bringing a lifelong passion for dance to the studio. Starting her journey at just three years old, she has trained in a variety of dance styles, honing her skills and artistry. A proud member of the CSU Golden Poms for four years, she also serves as the head coach of the Timnath High School Poms. With a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, Hailey combines her love for dance with her dedication to teaching the next generation.
